- Summer 2023 - collect background information
- September 26, 2023 - public workshop - blue sky- we want any ideas you have
- September 28, 2023 - public presentation draft strategy building on what you tell us
- November 2023 - Draft strategy, representing what you tell us and the team recommendations for town consideration, which will help scope the full plan
- December 2023 - Early draft plan
- Winter and spring 2024 forums on the full master plan to be announced
- Late spring/early summer 2024 - Final master plan
